  • Can you add [feature]?
    • Maybe.  If you want to see something, head over to the Issue Tracker to submit a feature request.

  • I cannot connect to my server. (Error: "connection actively refused")
    •  

      This can have several causes. The most obvious one being that your server isn't actually running. Verify you can connect ingame before proceeding.
      If you can connect ingame check the following things: Are you using the correct IP and port (people tend to use 19567, their gameserver port, to try and connect) The correct port will generally be something around 48000 to 49000. Also verify that you are using the correct password. If that doesn't work contact your provider and ask them to check if remote administration is enabled.

  • BC2CC crashes or will not start
    • There are a few crash bugs left that we're working on fixing. If you would like to visit <a href="http://forum.i3d.net/bc2cc-development-support-feedback/">our support forums</a> and provide us with your crash logs so we can check what the issue is and fix it. Ensure you have the correct .NET framework (4.0) installed.

  • Why isn't team balancing working?
    • Team balance works between rounds, therefore it can seem that it isn't working.

  • Can I help with development of BC2CC?
    • All of us work on this project as a hobby, so we love as much help as we can get.  For application development,  .NET developer is required.  Expertise in .NET 4.0 (WPF, C#, LINQ) is preferred.  For web development aspects, familiarity with PHP5, Wordpress 3.0, CSS is preferred.
